What are your business hours?
Trabon is open Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 central time. (We are closed on the weekends and holidays.)
What print file specifications do you have? Can you help if my file needs any adjustments?
We accept PDF, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva and JPG. PDF is our preferred file type for the smoothest process. Please submit your files at 300 DPI, in CMYK color, and with ⅛” bleed on all sides.
Can you provide samples before producing my complete order?
Yes! We can provide print samples or physical proofs after a quote is approved so you can review your color and material choice before giving approval to move forward.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Yes! Trabon offers both local delivery and nationwide shipping. Shipping costs will vary depending on your order size and destination. Our facility is within 1-3 days from shipment to delivery in the continental United States.
How big does my brand have to be to work with Trabon?
We work with brands of all different sizes! From 1 location to 1600 locations across the nation, we’ve got you covered!
Do I have to use MenuNet for file versioning if Trabon prints my menus?
Nope! We work with brands that just require top-notch printing but have their file versioning needs fulfilled in-house.
